Key Responsibilities
ยท Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives, consumer insights, and market trends to drive brand growth and differentiation in the competitive FMCG landscape.
ยท Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including traditional advertising, digital media, social media, and experiential marketing.
ยท Collaborate with product development teams to identify new product opportunities, develop product concepts, and bring innovative confectionery products to market that meet consumer needs and preferences.
ยท Utilize market research, consumer insights, and data analytics to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies to enhance brand positioning and market share.
ยท Oversee the development of brand communication materials, including advertising campaigns, packaging design, POS materials, and digital content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging consistency.
ยท Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, market share, sales data, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and challenges, and develop strategies to address them proactively.
ยท Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment and collaboration in executing brand strategies and achieving business objectives.
ยท Manage brand marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to drive maximum ROI and achieve desired business outcomes.
ยท Protect and enhance the equity of Candyland brands by maintaining brand integrity, managing brand assets, and implementing brand-building initiatives that strengthen consumer loyalty and trust.
