Interwood Mobel Pvt Ltd Jobs Lead Interior Designer/Interior Architect: Interwood Mobel (Pvt) Ltd is looking to recruit a highly competent and experienced Lead Interior Designer/Interior Architect (Karachi based) to play a key part in the success of the company’s innovative projects and collaborations. The role is challenging and will therefore require someone with excellent design and presentation skills.
What we require:
- 5-7 years’ experience in architectural practice with experience leading project teams.
- Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural interior projects.
- Maintain / organize project files, schedules and specifications.
- Site survey / measures of existing conditions and producing drawings of same
- Strong CAD skills with an understanding of architectural conventions, including floor plans, elevations, sections.
- Job site experience including working with architects, builders and landscape architects, measuring and producing as-built documents.
Qualification:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Interior Design, Architect or related discipline.
- Candidates belonging from the retail, architectural or interior design industry would be preferred.
