𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗝𝗼𝗯? – 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆
International Packaging Films Limited is looking for “𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲” for having experience in production of BOPP/BOPET/CPP films. The position will be responsible for:
- Ensure smooth plant operations and achieve production targets on daily and monthly basis.
- Ensure smooth production run and reduce waste produced during production of films.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
- Responsible for grade change and micron change of the films to be produced.
- Ensure production balancing and batch closing in SAP.
- Prepare and present daily and monthly production reports to the line manager.
- Conduct internal audits with the IMS team and ensure compliance.
- Ensure hygiene standards are followed by the employees working in his designated area.
- Ensure PPEs handling and usage among the staff as per safety SOPs.
- Ensure periodic maintenance of the machines to minimize the downtime.
- Check abnormal noise/temperature/leakage/vibration in the machine and address the issue in a timely manner.
- Supervise all activities performed in the assigned area.

- Qualification: B.E from a PEC recognized university
- Experience: 6-8 Years
- Candidates must be willing to work in shifts

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Maintain cleaning of assigned areas of Filmline and filling respective checklist.
- Check abnormal noise/temperature/leakage/vibration in the machine.
- Spindle change/unloading and tagging of Mill Roll.
- Ensure the Quality of product by visually inspecting defects like lines, scratches and spots
- Maintain Screen changing schedule and cleaning of screens on time.
- Main Filter change and Cleaning of main filter parts and record keeping of filter checklist
- Trim blades inspection and changing as per requirement.
- Provide the sample of mill roll to RD&C laboratory during grade change or plant start-up or when mill roll is changed.
- Ensure taking out of material from hoppers during grade change.
- Check oil/water pressure and temperature at different locations in film line.
- To do threading from cast to winder and operating all machines.
- Cleaning of machine parts during stoppage.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Qualification: DAE (Electrical/Mechanical)
• Experience: 0-3 Years
• Candidates must be willing to work in shifts
• Must be willing to work in the challenging environment
