- Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Ability to proactively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc. Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to fulfill workforce needs. Maintain recruitment records and improve hiring strategies.
- Oversee employee on-boarding, orientation and induction in HRIS while ensuring HR compliance.
- Expertise in MS Office, HRIS (ERP/Oracle preferred), Excellent communication skills (written/verbal), Good in talent sourcing, time management, and have strong follow-up skills.
