VACANT POSITIONS: Institute of Space Technology (IST), Islamabad invites applications from qualified candidates on Equivalent Basic Pay Scales (Contract) for the following vacant positions in different departments:

Additional Director (Audit)

• Equivalent to Basic Pay Scale (EBPS): 19
• Number of Posts: 1

Deputy Director (Finance, Software Development, Procurement, Quality Assurance and Admissions)

• Equivalent to Basic Pay Scale (EBPS): 18
• Number of Posts: 5

Assistant Director (Finance, Web Development, Software Development, Academic Coordinator, HR and Students Affairs)

• Equivalent to Basic Pay Scale (EBPS): 17
• Number of Posts: 7

Medical Officer

• Equivalent to Basic Pay Scale (EBPS): 17
• Number of Posts: 1

MT Supervisor

• Equivalent to Basic Pay Scale (EBPS): 14
• Number of Posts: 1

Office Assistant-III (Registrar Office, Finance and Audit)

• Equivalent to Basic Pay Scale (EBPS): 14
• Number of Posts: 3

Lab Assistant-V (Materials Science & Engineering)

• Equivalent to Basic Pay Scale (EBPS): 12
• Number of Posts: 1

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Interested candidates are requested to visit IST’s website at www.ist.edu.pk for downloading of Application Form and details regarding eligibility criteria for the positions.
• Completely filled and duly signed Application Form along with updated CV and required documents should be sent to the email address: inductionist@gmail.com.
• The age will be calculated on the closing date of applications. Ex-Govt officials / Ex-servicemen may be granted age relaxation as per Govt rules.
• All the posts are Islamabad based. Interviews will be conducted at IST, Islamabad campus.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
• TA / DA will not be admissible for appearing in the interview.
• IST reserves the right to reject any or all of the applications received for the posts without assigning any reason thereof.
• IST reserves the right to postpone or cancel the recruitment / induction on any or all of the posts at any stage without assigning any reason thereof.
