WE ARE HIRING Medical Officer (MBBS Doctor) Factory Based
QUALIFICATION MBBS (General Physician)
EXPERIENCE 3-4 year’s experience in emergency services
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide timely medical treatment and first aid for both work-related incidents and general health concerns of employees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees in compliance with applicable health regulations and company policies.
- Manage and maintain the factory’s medical facility, including equipment, supplies, and medication inventory, with other administrative responsibilities.
- Develop and implement preventative health programs, vaccinations, and wellness initiatives (e.g., health awareness campaigns).
- Educate employees on health, hygiene, safety practices, and the prevention of occupational diseases.
- Conduct regular health-related trainings and wellness awareness programs such as hygiene, nutrition, mental health and, stress management etc.
- Participate in incident investigations, providing medical insights and recommendations for preventing future occurrences.
- Collaborate with HR and HSE departments to support and implement health and safety standards across the organization, also developing SOPs for the company’s medical facility, emergency situations, and emergency protocols.
