Position: Architect

Location: Karachi
The candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of preparing architectural as well as interior drawings, all steps related to project initiation to completion with excellent communication skills. The candidate should be able to manage in-house preparation of drawings and managing the internal team and coordinate with consultants (MEP).
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in design and development of layouts and technical drawings.
- Collaborate with other team members of design team to ensure that plans are consistent with project’s overall vision and goals.
- Help develop design concepts and present along with senior architects and managers for review and approval.
- Assist with preparation of tender, construction documentation and specifications.
- Help coordinate the drawings with external team such as engineers and consultants.
- Conceptualize designs either manually or using 3d software.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
At-least 1-3 Years of working experience.
Experience of large scale building construction, renovation and interior works.
Skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D
Sketch-up or 3D Max
Adobe Photoshop
MS Office
