1-Finance Operation Manager
Requirements:Â CA, ACCA, ICAEW or CIMA with minimum of 4-5 years of financial experience in retail sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and analyze information to assess the current and future financial requirements of branch.
- Evaluate data pertaining to costs in order to prepare budget of branch.
- Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting and collection procedures and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions.
- Oversee the flow of cash throughout the branch and review different reconciliations prepared in the process.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate risk and insurance programs for Head of Finance as and when required.
- Review collection reports to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances.
- Monitor and manage expenses within the established budget.
