Position: Category Manager – Confectionary
Location: Head Office, Karachi
Requirements:
-Minimum Bachelors, Preferably Masters in Supply Chain, Sales or Marketing or related field.
-8 to 10 years of experience with at least 2 years managerial experience in category management within the retail or FMCG industry.
Job Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement a comprehensive category strategy for confectionery, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.
-Oversee the selection of confectionery products, working closely with suppliers to ensure a diverse, high-quality product range.
-Analyze and set competitive pricing structures and promotional offers, ensuring alignment with market dynamics and business goals.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with confectionery suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms, and regularly assess supplier performance.
