Position: Chief Steward
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas in the hotel.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, and cooking utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, floors, and walls.
- Collect and transport dirty dishes, sort and store clean dishes, glassware, and silverware in designated areas.
- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas.
- Collect, dispose-off and/or recycle garbage.
- Maintain adequate levels of cleaning supplies.
Qualification:
- A degree, diploma or certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field will be preferred.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role at a renowned organization in the hospitality industry.
