Position : Manager QA&QC

Qualification:

• B.Sc. Metallurgy/Mechanical Engineering – NDT Certification Level-II / API Certification

Experience:

• 7 to 8 years along with experience of conducting 2 to 3 ASME Audits.
• Must possess expertise in pressure vessels, heat exchangers, boilers, storage tanks, and steel structures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of documentation for ASME Stamp Jobs.
• Preparation and implementation of Quality Control System Manual.
• Conduct audits of ASME, OGRA and ISO.
• Preparation and implementation of following procedures and systems:
  • PQR (Procedure Qualification Records)
  • WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications)
  • QIP (Quality Inspection Plans)

Skills & Knowledge: Good knowledge of following Code & Standards:

• ASME
• EN
• API
• TEMA
• AWS
