Position: Finance Executive – IFFCO Pakistan – Animal Nutrition.
The position is based in Faisalabad, Pakistan.

Job Summary
To facilitate for achievement of optimum business results by controlling the financial and accounting aspects under supervisions.

Roles & Responsibilities
Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values.

Monthly Cost Run and Setting Standards in SAP.
Monitoring of production cost and timely submission with seniors for action required
GR and IR clearing on timely basis.
Customer, payable and inventory aging extraction from system and submissions for review.
Support team in stock take activities.
Preparation of timely and accurate data for monthly MIS/ Financial monitoring.
Capex Control – Preparation of detailed and accurate Capex Control Sheet.
Monthly Closing of AP & GL entries by 2nd of every month in ERP system.
Preparation of schedules required for annual Audit and coordinating with the Auditors for providing necessary documents.
Ensure timely release of payments to suppliers/ inter company.
Preparation of Provision & Prepaid Accounts’ Schedules on monthly Basis and passing necessary entries to update the Accounts.
Inter Company Reconciliation.
AR Control / unblocking of SO when team goes on leave.
KPIs
Preparation of timely and accurate data for monthly MIS/ Financial monitoring
Capex Control – preperation of detailed and acurate Capex Control Sheet
Monthly Closing of AP & GL entries by 2nd of every month
Ensure timely release of payments to suppliers/ inter company
Work experience requirement
3-5 years of relevant functional experience in a reputed companies



Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/M.B.A, preferably ACCA qualified / ACMA qualified

Position: REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – IFFCO Pakistan – Animal Nutrition-Poultry.

Job Summary

Responsible for developing the business strategy for assigned markets in line with overall Sales Business Strategic Plan, executing the plan and overall P&L

Roles & Responsibilities

To maximize sales growth with the existing and new distributors / clients / customers in Livestock and Poultry market in assigned markets.
To effectively increase the sales of the existing and upcoming range of products as decided by the group.
To meet the quality, quantity inclusive of delivery as specified and agreed with the customers.
To achieve performance goals (top line and bottom line targets through proactive collaboration with the field business development team, agents as well as directly with customers)
Brands – Driving Brands, Leveraging Brand strengths, Driving Brand preference, Creating & Associating Brand properties, Ensure Brand Health parameters, Brand communication like Ads & Films for the region, Creating Brand Architecture, Tracking Brand performance, Suggesting corrective actions, Area specific Brand plans etc.
To ensure timely receipt of receivables from the aforesaid distributors/clients/customers, as decided by the group policy and to manage risks effectively.
To ensure all aspects of Customer Relationship Management are duly met.
To conceptualize and set up a solid framework for sales and distribution network in defined geography / cluster. This may include setting up the entire supply chain pipeline.
To direct the local operation’s day-to-day activities, including sales and distribution management, procurement, scheduling, coordination, resources and staffing.
To work closely with the Head Office of the Group. To provide necessary assistance as required by your reporting authority or the Board of Directors at all times
To submit bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly sales achievement report or any other report as per the company’s requirement
Monitor and manage field progress and project cost reports on an ongoing basis.
Ensure control procedures and reporting is performed on a timely basis.
Establish project specific and annual individual goals.
Review weekly/monthly and update quarterly

11 to 15 years of Technical sales experience in Poultry Feed

Qualification

Must have Graduation in Veterinary Sciences / Animal Nutrition ; Preferably have Masters in Business Administration
