Title: MTO – Performance Marketing

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing performance marketing campaign across digital mediums for local and international market.
• Developing and managing remarketing campaigns (local & international).
• Enhance performance of international campaign via innovative strategies while identifying new international markets to boost international sales.
• Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment.
• Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.
• Identifying and testing new channels to meet or exceed established critical metrics such as (ad optimization tools, AI based tools, advertising mediums, etc.)
• Constantly optimize paid marketing campaigns to improve return on investment.
• Collaborate with marketing team to guide A/B creative tests and spend scaling tests on digital campaigns to identify what works best.
• Optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROAS and efficiently scale advertising campaigns.
• Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.

Requirements

• Prior entry level experience in a similar role as well as experience in building effective multi- channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
• Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics & tag manager experience.
• Candidate should possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
• Candidate should be highly goal-oriented and have excellent communication skills.
• By nature, the candidate should be a self-starter, curious and a problem solver.
