Requirements:
- BBA/MBA preferably in Marketing or M.B.B.S Degree
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience
Overall Responsibilities:
Lead a team of ABMs to ensure development, monitor marketing strategies in line with the growth aspirations of the business, and ensure their timely and quality implementation for all assigned products. Candidates must be able to:
- Develop brand plans and budgets required to achieve targets
- Identify gaps in marketing strategy implementation and possible solutions
- Ensure timely availability of promotional material to the sales team
- Assess new opportunities for product growth
