ICI Pakistan is hiring a Regional Sales Manager – Agrochemicals for the Agri division of its Chemicals & Agri Sciences business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving agrochemicals sales targets for the entire region, in-line with the overall business strategy.
- Ensuing compliance with the Company’s HSE and ethics policies, with a special focus on Product Stewardship and Road Safety.
- Regularly updating the NSM on new developments and changing trends in the market.
- Ensuring effective implementation of Marketing Strategy through the team to get mileage out of promotional spend.
- Developing products through a strong customer network, both at dealer and farmer level, and maintaining good relations with related Government departments like the Agriculture Extension.
- Improving people capabilities to deliver business objectives and enhance their engagement levels by inculcating a culture of respect and trust.
- Gathering timely and accurate reports/competition information.
- Recommending customers and ensuring settlement within defined time limits.
- Managing cost in travelling and developmental expenses, and the cost/benefit ratio.
- Seeking new business opportunities to improve market share and the team’s productivity.
