• Bachelor’s degree from any HEC recognised university
• 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role
Overall Responsibilities:
Effective and efficient management of all administrative affairs including, meeting coordination, making travel arrangements and following up with all key stakeholders as and when required.
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and conduct swift follow-ups
• Must be capable to take timely decisions that facilitate internal and external customers
• Must have attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Must have excellent interpersonal and networking skills coupled with a proactive approach
