ICI Pakistan Ltd. is hiring an Area Sales Manager for the Polyurethanes segment of our Chemicals & Agri Sciences business based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
· Establish sales plans and strategies to sustain business growth.
· Expand the customer base and contribute to the development of new products.
· Conduct trainings/educational programs for the sales team and key accounts.
· Achieve assigned sales, prescriptions and meet the market share goal.
· Conduct onfield competitor analysis and identify appropriate counter-strategies.
· Provide pre-sales and post-sales services to all direct and indirect clients.
· Handle customer queries in a timely manner.
· Responsible for recoveries and the maintenance of customers as per company policy
· Conduct product/market surveys identifying gaps in the market and devise strategies accordingly.
· Achieve the sales and profitability target in the region.
· Focus on efficient forecasting and ensuring adequate stock levels.
