Hub Pak Salt Refinery Jobs Business/Project Coordinator:
Organization: Hub-Pak Salt Refinery
We are actively looking for a Business/Project Coordinator (Female) for HubSalt’s Solar Salt Project
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
- Liaising with foreign counterparts to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Arrange meetings and coordinate with the senior management
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
Requirements:
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery will be an added advantage.
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
- Bachelors in Business Administration from a top school.
