Position : Assistant Manager People & Culture
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Implementation of the Company’s P&C policies, labor laws, and employee benefits and initiatives in line with company values and labor laws.
- Responsible for talent & acquisition, onboarding, and orientation processes as per the P&C policies.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
- Responsible for employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives.
- Responsible for Payroll management, Employee Records/Files, and all necessary documentation required as per the company policy.
QUALIFICATION Master’s Degree in HR Management or a related field.
EXPERIENCE 4+ years of relevant work experience.
