Horizon Steel (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for good and competent resumes for our Head Office located at Clifton with relevant experience for the vacant position mentioned below:
1) Accounts Executive
JD:
- Recording of customer receipts and remittances in coordination with line manager.
- Preparation of Daily Bank Reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Bank for Debit/Credit Advices.
- Arranging fund transfer within Company bank accounts.
- Maintain cash books and make necessary payments from petty cash
- Prepare Purchase Vouchers after verification of supplies received.
- Prepare Payment Vouchers and Cheques for payment to all the Local Vendors.
- Record Withhold Tax Deductions at time of payment.
- Prepare, control, balance and check various payable accounts.
- Maintain books of records.
- Perform special assignment as required by the Reporting Manager.
Qualification: ACCA Qualified or Finalist.
Experience: 6 months – 1 Year of relevant experience.
Salary: 30,000 – 35,000
