LOCATION: MULTAN, PAKISTAN.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Minimum Bachelors from HEC recognized University
- 5+ Years of work experience in fashion retail industry at-least 2 years of working experience in the same capacity.
THE IDEAL ASPIRANT SHOULD BE:
- Experience in running multi store networks and expansions.
- Expert in retail store operations including sales, customer service, retail store operations, store expansion, economics, and strategies.
- Understanding of Pakistan’s retail landscape, demographics, geographies, location and retail KPI’s.
- Strong execution, negotiation, problem solving, communication, conflict resolution and leadership skills.
- Expertise in process management, problem solving, and running a strong data driven team.

LOCATION: Lahore, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Visual Merchandising initiatives to ensure effective execution of visual concepts and strategies.
- Develop and implement visually appealing displays to enhance the overall shopping experience and drive sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Store Operations, and Product Management, to align visual merchandising initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices in visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess and enhance the visual presentation of products and displays.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to continually innovate and improve visual merchandising strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in visual merchandising.
