ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Minimum Bachelors from HEC recognized University
• 5+ Years of work experience in fashion retail industry at-least 2 years of working experience in the same capacity.

THE IDEAL ASPIRANT SHOULD BE:

• Experience in running multi store networks and expansions.
• Expert in retail store operations including sales, customer service, retail store operations, store expansion, economics, and strategies.

LOCATION: Lahore, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Visual Merchandising initiatives to ensure effective execution of visual concepts and strategies.
• Develop and implement visually appealing displays to enhance the overall shopping experience and drive sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Store Operations, and Product Management, to align visual merchandising initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices in visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess and enhance the visual presentation of products and displays.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to continually innovate and improve visual merchandising strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in visual merchandising.
