District Manager – Cardio Care

Key Accountabilities

• Achievement of agreed Sales Targets within time frame.
• Implementation of marketing strategy and execution in the field.
• Build and develop business relationship with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the respective therapeutic areas
• Foster the product knowledge and selling skills of assigned team members.
• Liaison with Distributors and Key Account Managers.
• Monitor & ensure the fulfillment of the defined Sales KPIs within the team.
• Regular reports on Market intelligence/Competition.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in Pharma Sales
• Train & Develop employee and manage team retention
• Ability to exhibit managerial & leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office
