Position: Dy. Director (Coordination) (PPS-08)

Qualification/Experience:

First Class Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (16 years) in Management Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, Information and Technology, Computer Science, Engineering and Technology from an HEC recognized university.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project preparation, formulation, project design, grants management, and documentation in a managerial position.
At least 3 years of experience in a startup or entrepreneurial setup.
Maximum Age: 50 years

Position: Assistant Director (PPS-07)

First Class Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (16 years) in Management Sciences, Business, Public Administration, Computer Science, or Project Management from an HEC recognized university.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project preparation, formulation, project design, and documentation.

Position: Assistant Director (Communication) (PPS-07)
Quota: Punjab

Qualification/Experience:

First Class Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (16 years) in Management Sciences, Mass Communication, or Media Sciences from an HEC recognized university.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in communication methods, planning, designing, and implementing communication systems, data collection, analysis, and report writing. Preferably, experience in research marketing.
Maximum Age: 45 years

Tests will be conducted at the nearest possible location, including Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, and Peshawar.
For candidates outside Islamabad/Rawalpindi, interviews will be conducted via audio/video conferencing at the nearest possible location (Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, and Peshawar).
An application processing fee of Rs. 600/- must be deposited in HEC’s bank account (A/C No. 17427900133401, Habib Bank Ltd). Proof of payment must be uploaded to the HEC website.
Applicants in government service should apply through the proper channel. General age relaxation of five (5) years is already included; additional age relaxation will be as per government rules.
Part-time, honorary, apprentice, and internship experience will not be considered.
Selectees can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
The HEC reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason and to increase or decrease the number of vacancies.
