Herbion Pakistan is looking for “Finance Officer / Executive” (Karachi based).

Education: BBA-MBA Finance
Experience: 1-3 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Timely issuance of invoices
• Review of sales data and ensuring timely issuance
• Review and timely issuance of dispatch reports
• To record cash book expenses in SAP
• To verify vendors’ invoices and forward to manager for payments
• To record vendor’s invoices in SAP
• Ensuring credit notes and other letters are issued to customers on a timely basis
• Review of realisation and receivable reports
• Ensuring customer ledgers are updated on SAP
• To ensure documentation on portal is update

Herbion Pakistan is looking for Assistant Manager – Supply Chain (Procurement –Engineering) at Korangi Plant – Karachi.

Qualification: B.Sc (Mechanical Engineering)
Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in same field

Responsibilities:

To facilitate as per received PRQ by issuing PO within stipulated time and by ensuring timely
delivery of material.
Responsible to lead the procurement team for the indirect materials that are related to Engineering & Admin Department (Mechanical/ Electrical Spares, MRP, IT, Electrical & Instrumentation-E&I, MEP Projects & Civil Projects)
Improving procurement process by introducing reformed procurement techniques as per category of parts, vendors, procurement cycle, and requirement of items.
Vendor selection to strengthen vendor pool in order smoothen the supply and demand issues.
Selecting suppliers that can meet our demands and requirements in terms of competitive
prices, quality services and materials.
Keep track of receiving supplies and make close coordination with accounts for timely payment
to vendors.

Incumbent must be well verse with computer Microsoft program and SAP. He/She must have knowledge of Local and International Market / Vendors and Equipment

Incumbent must be well aware of engineering procurement.
