SITUATION VACANT: Heavy Industries Taxila Board, Taxila Cantt invites applications from suitable candidates for the following posts:-

a. Specialist (Ophthalmologist) BPS-18 (Contract) Vacancy: 1 (Open Merit) 1) Civilians: a) MBBS with minimum 1 year experience after specialization in recognized Institute/ Hospital. b) Should be registered from PMDC. 2) Armed Forces Officers: a) Capt / Major (AMC) classified ophthalmologist specialist. Age Limit For Civil: 35-50 years Ex-Military: Upto 50 yrs

b. Asst Personnel Officer (BPS-17) (Regular) Vacancy: 1 (Open Merit) 1) Civilians: a) Master’s Degree with minimum CGPA 3 or above from HEC recognized university / Institute. b) Experience in relevant field will be preferred. 2) Armed Forces Officers: a) Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) or equivalent having vast experience in administration, Supply Chain Management, knowledge of rules / regulations and fully / conversant with computer applications. Age Limit For Civil: 24-30 years Ex-Military: Max 50 yrs



c. Medical Officer (BPS-17) (Contract) Vacancy: 1 (Open Merit) 1) Civilians: a) MBBS from a recognized Medical College / Institute. b) Should be registered from PMDC. c) Two years experience after house job. 2) Armed Forces Officers: Major / Retd (AMC). Age Limit For Civil: 24-45 years Ex-Military: Max 50 yrs

d. Asst Works Manager (BPS-17) (Contract) Vacancy: 5 (Open Merit) 1) Civilians: a) BE / BSc (Engg) or equivalent in Mechatronics/Computer discipline with minimum CGPA 3 or above from HEC recognized university / Institute. b) Experience in relevant field will be preferred. 2) Armed Forces Officers: a) BE/BSc (Engg) / MSc in Chemical Physics / Chemistry technology or BSc in Chemical Engineering / Physics / Chemistry / Metallurgy Engineering. Experience in relevant field will be preferred. 3) Armed Forces Officers: a) Sub Maj / Maj (Engineer / Captain) with minimum 05 years service as commissioned officer and having basic course at School / College of E & ME. b) Experience in the relevant field will be preferred. Age Limit For Civil: 20-35 years Ex-Military: Upto 50 yrs

e. Driver MT (BPS-4) (Regular) Vacancy: 1 (Local) 1) Civilians: a) Middle pass. b) Should be in possession of HTV. c) LTV driving license holders will be preferred. 2) Armed Forces Officers: a) Matric / Armed Forces Driver. b) Should be able to drive and maintain vehicle properly. c) Experience in staff car driving will be preferred. Age Limit For Civil: 18-30 years Ex-Military: Upto 50 yrs

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

a. Interested candidates are required to download application form available at HIT official website www.hit.gov.pk and forward duly filled application form alongwith complete documents (educational & experience) to Director Administration HIT (Post Code: 47070) Taxila Cantt within 15 days of the publication of advertisement.

b. Five years general age relaxation in upper age limit will be admissible to all civilian candidates, however any other relaxation in upper age limit will be dealt as per the prevailing Govt Policy. Relaxation for ex-military candidates has already been included in the given age.

c. Govt Servants may apply through proper channel.

d. Incomplete applications and those received after due date will not be entertained.

e. Only short listed candidates will be called for test / interview.

f. Result awaited applicants are in-eligible to apply. Only eligible candidates will be called for test / interview through SMS, therefore, active mobile number should be mentioned on application form.

g. Candidates who have been discharged from Govt service on disciplinary grounds will be ineligible for selection.

h. In case any false / forged information provided in the application, organization reserves the right to disqualify the candidate at any stage.

i. Organization reserves the right to increase / decrease the given posts.

j. Organization reserves the right to reject / cancel the recruitment without any reasons.

k. Test / interviews will be held in Heavy Industries Taxila Cantt. l. No TA / DA will be admissible for test / interview.
