WE ARE HIRING Front Office Manager
Qualification Bachelors / Masters Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Experience 3+ years in hospitality with hands-on front office experience.
Location Muzaffarabad.
Responsibilities/Skills:
- Efficiently manage the Front Office Department in alignment with established standards and company policies.
- Address and resolve guest complaints proactively, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of budget management, cost control, and financial forecasting.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front desk and reservations teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain a proactive and solution-oriented approach with a strong focus on guest experience.
