Position: Territory Manager / Area Sales Manager Lahore
Main Job Responsibilities:
- To increase sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Ensure compliance with HSSE for safe and standardized operations on sites.
- Productive retail outlet visits in assigned areas as per the required frequency in a planned manner and to promote their performance.
- Close liaison with the dealers to ensure uninterrupted supply of petroleum products including HSD, MS, and lubricants from company depots and refineries. Responsible for daily allocation of petroleum products based on projected sales data to ensure optimum sales.
- To keep close coordination with operations for placing orders, execution, product availability, quantity and quality of products.
- Attain volumetric and gross margin set for the year.
- Carry out sales analysis on daily basis, based on daily dispatch stock report.
- Responsible for the registration of pumps leases and their franchise agreements.
- Productive retail outlet visits in assigned areas as per the required frequency in a planned manner and to monitor their performance.
- Maintain cordial working relationship with dealers and outlets operators in accordance with the company’s code of conduct.
- Ensure that all dealers agreements are current and ensure renewal of franchise agreement and all other dealers agreement well before their expiry.
- Identify and propose improvements in the retail outlets evaluation.
Education: BBA / MBA
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in an OMC.
Skills: The candidate must have knowledge of OMC operations and must be proficient in MS Office, communication and negotiation skills. Should have good knowledge of local administration structure.
