Join Our Team as an R&D Executive (Decorative Division)
Location: Faisalabad
Are you passionate about innovation, paint technology, and making a tangible impact through product development? We’re looking for a motivated R&D Executive to be part of our Decorative R&D team, a place where ideas turn into real products loved by customers across Pakistan.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and optimize paint formulations that meet evolving market needs.
- Lead lab testing activities, analyze results, and prepare detailed technical reports.
- Evaluate raw materials and recommend improvements for quality and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Production and Quality Control teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Explore new technologies, materials, and processes to drive innovation.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and documentation in all lab activities.
- Supervise Lab Assistants to keep daily operations smooth and efficient.
What We’re Looking For:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or Chemistry.
▪ Fresh graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of relevant experience in the chemical or paint industry.
â–ª Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
â–ª Hands-on experience with lab testing and data interpretation.
â–ª Excellent communication, teamwork skills, and attention to detail.
