Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete quality operations of the dairy industry ensuring adherence to set protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Strategically allocate resources to meet operational needs.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve product certifications and compliance.
- Handle product quality complaints, sorting activities, recalls, withdrawals, and special sampling cases.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure all HFL products comply with legal standards and requirements.
- Achieve and maintain product certifications/licenses from PSQCA/PFA in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Review nonconformance products, investigate un-sterility issues, and communicate findings to relevant departments.
- Conduct intra-lab and inter-lab comparison studies, proficiency testing, and validation of analytical test methods.
- Respond to customer complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with government bodies such as PSQCA and PFA for all audits, ensuring product compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Prepare for and ensure compliance during annual product surveillance sampling, testing, and surprise visits.
