Position: Regional Sales Manager-North (HVAC)

Experience: 8-10 Years of HVAC (Chiller & VRF) Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, preferences, and the competitive landscape. Provide regular insights and reports & develop adaptive strategies.
• Client Engagement and Presentation: Conduct meetings and seminars to showcase Haier products and build strong client relationships. Align Haier solutions with client needs to enhance brand awareness.
• Product Comparative Analysis: Conduct thorough product comparative analysis of competitors. Promote Haier products effectively, emphasizing unique selling points.
• Proposal Development and Cost Efficiency: Create cost-efficient proposals, emphasizing ROI and energy efficiency, tailored to clients’ needs. Align proposals with market demands, highlighting the value of Haier products.

Skills:

• Comprehensive Technical Knowledge of VRF, Chiller & Air Side Equipment.
• Interpersonal Communication and negotiations skills
• Ability to make reports, recommendations and presentation etc.
• Familiarity with ASHARE, AHRI, SMACNA, Eurovent & Other Industry Relevant standards & practice
