INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER – PRODUCTION -P2

Job Overview:

• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are met according to the locked production plan.
• Participate in daily morning meetings to review line stoppages and machine breakdowns.
• Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and waste using Lean tools and techniques.
• Collect and analyze production data, including cycle time, downtime, and scrap rates, to drive improvements.
• Implement and maintain Lean methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, and Poka-Yoke.
• Monitor and ensure achievement of UPH (Units Per Hour) and UMPH (Units Man Per Hour) targets; control manufacturing expenses.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams; facilitate daily stand-up meetings (e.g., tier meetings or shift handovers).
• Ensure all Lean initiatives comply with safety and regulatory standards; participate in safety audits and implement corrective actions.
• Attend planning meetings with the Production Manager and other staff to align next-day production strategies.
• Utilize tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Root Cause Analysis, and Pareto Analysis for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Education: Bsc Electrical / Industrial Engineering
• Experience: 3 to 4 Years
