Key Responsibilities:

To Provide Comprehensive, Accurate and Timely Services to Head HR
To Develop and Implement HR Strategies and Initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
To Prepare and Process Monthly Payroll Error Free and Ensure to Meet the Deadlines
To Ensure the Accuracy and Timely Process of all External Parties Summary on Monthly Basis for Bills
To Verify Expense Claims and all types of Vouchers
To Develop, Analyze and Update the Company’s Annual Budget, Bonus, Increments and Promotions
To Develop and Implementation of Cost Reduction Projects
To Manage Employee Loan Provision, Provident Fund and Deduction as Per Policy
To Develop and Implement HR Strategies
To Deal with Legal Requirements Related to HR, Reducing Legal Risks and Ensuring Regulatory Compliance Dealing with EOBI, Social Security and Labor Department for Employee Related Issues
To Manage the Activities of Compensation and Benefits
Any Other Task assigned by HOD

Qualification: MBA (HR)
Experience: 6-7 Years (in Manufacturing Industry)
Gender: Male
