Key Responsibilities:
- To Provide Comprehensive, Accurate and Timely Services to Head HR
- To Develop and Implement HR Strategies and Initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- To Prepare and Process Monthly Payroll Error Free and Ensure to Meet the Deadlines
- To Ensure the Accuracy and Timely Process of all External Parties Summary on Monthly Basis for Bills
- To Verify Expense Claims and all types of Vouchers
- To Develop, Analyze and Update the Company’s Annual Budget, Bonus, Increments and Promotions
- To Develop and Implementation of Cost Reduction Projects
- To Manage Employee Loan Provision, Provident Fund and Deduction as Per Policy
- To Develop and Implement HR Strategies
- To Deal with Legal Requirements Related to HR, Reducing Legal Risks and Ensuring Regulatory Compliance Dealing with EOBI, Social Security and Labor Department for Employee Related Issues
- To Manage the Activities of Compensation and Benefits
- Any Other Task assigned by HOD
Qualification: MBA (HR)
Experience: 6-7 Years (in Manufacturing Industry)
