Greenstar Social Marketing Guarantee Ltd Jobs Manager District:

Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position of ‘Manager – District’ based at Head Okara.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage project activities at District level and lead the project team to achieve all the project objectives/deliverables
Ensure implementation of community mobilization strategies in coordination with various departments for achievement of organizational plans, CYPs and donor deliverables
Documentation of best practices
Ensure compliance of work plans, effective monitoring and supervision of all field staff and operations ensuring high standards of quality through desk analysis 20% time and through field work 80% time
Ensure implementation of all organizational policies, procedures, and systems across the social mobilization function
Mapping of service providers and community workers as per the given criteria
Participate in monthly DTC and DCC meetings in the project districts on turn basis
Ensure that data/information from the field operation to Head Office is timely reported and while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and credibility of reports
Ensure recruitment, development and retention of quality staff complying hiring criteria
Ensure capacity building of team in areas of supervisory skills and technical issues
Fortnightly and monthly performance review meetings to monitor weekly performance of field team and submit a report with concrete action plan for the improvement of identified gaps.
Responsible for the field presence of team through daily SMS attendance, daily field visit reports and a robust on the job and back check mechanism
Timely submission of work plans and execution in the field through perpetual and U-tracking of field staff
Submission of properly checked reports, work plans, expenses to the support staff.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Knowledge and Experience:

Master’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Public health/Social Sciences/Management
3-5 years of experience in Social Mobilization/Behavior Change with a leading pharmaceutical company/ with National/International development organizations. Preferably in Health Sector.
Should be well versed in dealing with social issues and behavioral change communication especially around Reproductive Health, Family Planning, Mother and Child Health.
