We’re Hiring for FIELD MANAGER- TABLEWARE
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support field sales teams to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase market share.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide timely market intelligence.
- Ensure product visibility and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure the execution of sales plans.
- Prepare field performance reports for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in field sales/area management, preferably in the tableware or crockery sector.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
