Gas & Oil Pakistan Ltd is looking for Senior Manager COCO (Company Owned Fuel Stations) for Mid Country (Multan Based) & South (based at Karachi).
Key Job Description:
- Monitor daily operational efficiency and wet stock inventory across COCO stations; ensure timely ordering and delivery to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets for MF, lubricants, and NFR.
- Recruit, train, and coach COCO Area Managers and Site Managers on Customer Centricity, Safety, Cleanliness, and Profitability principles.
- Identify training needs; design and upgrade training modules (e.g., WSM, customer service, hygiene, shift closure, tank decantation, retail, NFR).
- Implement “Train the Trainer” and on-site forecourt training to standardize service quality across sites.
- Develop and execute sales activation strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Provide P&L and profitability training to site managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HSE, Finance, Credit, Ops) to upskill staff and enhance productivity.
- Develop job descriptions and KPIs for site roles; implement performance-based programs like “Employee of the Month” and staff incentives.
- Optimize resource utilization to reduce costs and improve gross margins (GM).
- Track OPEX and ensure business expenses remain within approved limits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration.
- 8 -12 years of relevant experience in Sales, preferably in the Oil & Gas / Petroleum / Retail sector.
- Proven track record in managing COCO operations, retail fuel stations, or sales outlets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
