Foree Pay Jobs HR Executive: We are looking for an energetic and reliable plus experienced HR Executive to join our Human Resources department on full time basis.
Job Roles: Creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Monitor HR department’s budget.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
- Design compensation and benefits packages.
- Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software technologies.
- Implement performance review procedures.
Requirements: The candidate should have relevant degree in HR along with a hands on experience of at least 1 year specifically in core areas including Recruitment, Budgeting, Compensation and formulation of HR policies. He/she should demonstrate strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
