Position Title: Supply Lead

Location: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad.

Foodpanda is looking for a flexible and data driven candidate who understands different types of rider acquisition channels. Ability to understand, filter and work with data including visualization tools, is a definite plus. The candidate should possess great strategic thinking skills and leadership skills to manage a team of different cities. Calling out all the enthusiastic, well-communicated individuals willing to work in challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for lead generation, communications and fleet growth city wise.
Managing local team and working on improving the quality of hiring and maintaining sustainability.
Ensuring Foodpanda branded franchises are duly following company SOPs.
Development of rider inventory manufacturers in the assigned cluster.
Achieve monthly hiring and hired to active targets.
To coordinate with global and regional team in Berlin and Singapore over forecasting of hiring riders.
To design strategy / process / policies for rider recruitment.
To digitalize the processes and tackle rider wallet issues with our m-wallet partners.
To deal with legal matters of hiring and salary issues.
To maintain compliance of standard recruitment process.
Preparation of daily reports for department’s performance visibility and monitor Rider Promoter performance.

To manage rider acquisition, activation, retention and referrals.
To act as a bridge between Supply Associates and Rider Fleet Management team.

Requirements:

A 4 year degree program in STEM from a reputable institution, an MBA is highly preferred.
3-4 years of professional experience with at least one year experience of fleet supply management with proven results.
Excellent analytical skills and technological skills.
Advanced interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to work in both a team environment and to own initiative.
