Responsibilities:
- Supervising on-boarding processes.
- Solving and delegating live-ops tickets.
- Procurement of required gadgets for onboarding.
- Inventory management.
- Maintaining contact and resolving network related queries with network providers.
Requirements:
- Masters is mandatory in a relevant field (tech, data, stats or management etc.)
- Must possess leadership and team management skills.
- Must have excellent presentation skills.
- Should have high degree of control over databases.
- 3+ years of experience is required in a similar role.
- Must be flexible with timings.
