Urgent Hiring Looking for experienced and dynamic individuals for the following post,
Position: Business Development Manager (Digital Banking Corporate Sales)
Organization: FINCA Microfinance Bank
Eligibility: Degree in Business Administration
Experience: 8 to 10 years relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
• To penetrate the segments for new account acquisitions.
• Maintain own sales pipeline and its progress
• Identification of new business areas & Initiate different Strategic Initiatives for sales growth
• Travel with in the zone as required to achieve sales targets (Corporate)
• Present monthly portfolio
• Ensure Minimum churn on new accounts.
• Drive relationships with key clients and cross selling initiatives in order to increase the client base of the Region
• Market survey and its competitive offerings.
• Develop & implement promotions on products.
