FINCA Microfinance Bank is looking for a seasoned professional preferably from Banking Sector to fill the vacancy in the HR department. Details are mentioned:
Position: Team Lead – Talent Acquisition
Placement: Head Office, Lahore
Required Experience: 5 – 7 years especially in the Banking sector
Qualification: Graduation/Masters Degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business.
Job Specifications:
- The position is responsible for full life cycle recruitment on business-critical roles and responsibility to identify and acquire strong talent for business.
- Preparation of Job Advertisements, CV shortlisting, Interview scheduling
- Effectively utilize tools such as FINCA Career portal, search engines, job boards, and social channels to source candidates
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Establish partnerships with universities, and other institutions as applicable to extract potential candidates for future needs.
- Ensure all vacancies are filled up with suitable candidates in a targeted time as per the approved budget
- Ensure compliance with Recruitment and Selection policies and processes, contributing to the development of these as required
Technical skills:
- Good analytical and have a working knowledge of HRIS
- HR policies and manpower planning
- Social media channels, headhunting, conducting walk-ins, mass hiring
- CTS/ATS (Applicants Tracking System) experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
