FFC’s Internship Program 2025 is your chance to gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure at one of Pakistan’s leading corporate institutions.

Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFCL), one of the leading industrial establishments of the country, has always strived to contribute to the education of our children through regular technical and general training. These internship programs run year-round and cover various disciplines such as Engineering, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, and CSR. They are designed for students in the final year of their respective degree programs and are usually conducted during summer or winter vacations at different company locations, depending on capacity.

To streamline the application process, FFCL has automated the internship function. Students are invited to apply online through the “Career Portal” at http://careers.ffc.com.pk. You are encouraged to motivate students from your institution to apply online in the following disciplines:

Engineering Disciplines:

Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
Chemical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Instrument / Electronics Engineering
Chemistry

Social Sciences Disciplines:

MBA / MPA with a major in Marketing
MBA with a major in Finance / HR
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Soil Sciences / Agronomy
BIT / BCS / MIT / MCS

The selection for internships is strictly merit-based, with only top students chosen for FFC-sponsored internships (which include a stipend). The portal provides detailed step-by-step guidance for applicants. To ensure accurate evaluation, students must provide complete academic details, including Matric/F.Sc. marks, and upload their CVs.
