Requirements:
MBA in HR from a recognized university with 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in HR, Administration, and Legal Affairs.
The position holder will be responsible for overseeing HR, Administration, and Legal functions at the national level. This includes actively contributing to policy formulation and execution, with a focus on embedding a KPI-driven culture and digitalizing policies and processes.
A strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws, coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities, communication, and presentation skills is essential.
