Position : HEAD COORDINATION (FINANCE & ACCOUNTS)
FF STEEL Stronger and Safer Pakistan FF Steel, a leading Grade 60 Steel Bars manufacturer, having large-scale production units in Lahore & Peshawar is seeking applications from talented, passionate and energetic professionals for their Finance & Accounts Department.
BBA / MBA Finance with at least two years of experience in executive coordination or corporate administration. Must have strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), and a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Track and follow up on tasks assigned by the CFO, maintain a centralized tracker for deadlines, and liaise with departments for updates and deliverables. Schedule meetings, draft minutes, manage CFO communications and approvals, and prepare required documents and presentations while ensuring timely closure of action items.
Job Location: Hayatabad Peshawar
Salary: PKR 50,000/- to 60,000/-

Location: Hayatabad, Peshawar

BSCS / BS IT / BS SE or equivalent with 3+ years of IT analysis experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role (Master’s preferred).
The incumbent will be responsible for leading IT analysis, system improvement, and software quality assurance functions, ensuring all solutions align with business objectives and organizational standards. Duties include gathering and translating requirements into technical specifications, overseeing system documentation, managing testing processes, and ensuring compliance with SQA policies and release protocols.
The role involves supervising IT analysts and QA engineers, fostering collaboration between departments and vendors, tracking KPIs, and reporting progress to leadership. Proficiency in SDLC and Agile methodologies, testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Postman), defect tracking (e.g., Jira), and business process mapping is essential. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope.
