Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets across areas, SKUs, brands, and distributors.
- Ensure advance distributor payments and daily primary orders aligned with sales plans.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure distributor investment in line with business needs.
- Translate sales and marketing strategies into actionable distributor execution.
- Drive distribution reach, infrastructure deployment, and trade availability as per targets.
- Prevent stock-outs and manage assets through TSMs and sales force coordination.
- Identify new growth areas and successfully launch products and trade marketing initiatives.
- Maximize asset ROI and resource utilization while ensuring strong in-store presence.
- Escalate business issues timely and align partner expectations with operational goals.
- Ensure employee safety, SOP compliance, performance management, and training execution.
