Job Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for preparation of all input streams to Al fast and their quality checks
2) Operation of One Step unit as per approved procedures
3) Recording and reporting of all plant critical parameters
4) Timely CIPs of all input streams to Al fast and Al fast unit itself
5) Trouble shooting of problems occurred during the shift
6) Monitoring and reporting of all activities done during the shift
7) Recording and reporting of all batch cards containing all inputs and outputs of the batch
8) Responsible for cleaning of filters and maintaining records of all input streams
9) Implementation of all PRPs, HCPs, OPRPs and CCPs
10) Stock taking at everyday end and logging in daily closing sheet
