EY Ford Rhodes Jobs December 2019: EY Ford Rhodes is looking to hire a Manager in our Transaction Advisory Services Department for their Mergers & Acquisitions practice.
Location – Karachi

Requirements:

Providing valuations and financial analysis through detailed financial models
Developing detailed reports
Project management, due diligence and client interaction
Development of detailed technical proposals for transaction origination
Creating management presentations, teasers, pitch books, etc.
Liaise with external counter parties (lawyers, sponsors, accountants, etc.)

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelors/Masters or CA/ACCA qualified and pursuing CFA Charter
Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience of Corporate Finance, Professional Services, Debt Capital Markets or Research at an investment bank, advisory or professional services firm.

Location: Karachi

Requirements:

2 to 3 years of experience in Technology Risk
Bachelors/Masters

Responsibilities:

Planning for Information System Audit with managers for financial/ statuary audit assignments
Execute Information System Audit in support of financial/statuary audit to assist financial audit teams for reliance on the system(s) and IT controls. This includes to perform process understanding and testing of following:
• IT Governance Controls
• IT Governance Controls
• IT General Controls that covers the following controls:
• Change Management
• Access Management
• Backup and Recovery Operations
• IT Problem and Incident Management
• Security Controls in Operating System(s) and Database(s)
• IT Application controls and System Reports.
