RESPONSIBILITIES:

Document Management: Scan, copy, and organize physical and digital documents.
Ensure accurate filing and easy retrieval of all documentation.
Maintain an up-to-date and well-organized document archive system.
Data Entry & Record Keeping: Input payment data, invoice details, and other business-related entries into databases or spreadsheets.
Assist in updating and maintaining trackers for payments, receipts, and vendor files.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered.
Administrative Support: Assist in preparing basic reports and summaries based on collected data.
Help with documentation required for audits, reviews, or compliance checks.
Support general administrative tasks as needed by the department.
Coordination & Follow-up: Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Finance, Procurement) for documentation or information.
Follow up on pending documents or entries to ensure timely updates.
Confidentiality & Accuracy: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and ensure all information is handled securely.
Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all assigned tasks.
Provide ad-hoc support to manager as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship or admin experience.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to internal systems and procedures.
