Position: Officer Warehouse
Qualifications: BBA/master’ preferably in supply chain management

Reporting to: Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager Warehouse
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accurate receiving, storing, and issuance of goods in the warehouse.
- Regularly conduct physical counts, cycle counts, and audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all warehouse activities, including incoming and outgoing shipments, stock levels, and inventory adjustments.
- Identify and address any damaged or faulty items and coordinate with suppliers or relevant parties for returns or replacements.
- Enforce safety regulations and guidelines within the warehouse to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.
- Regularly inspect warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and shelving units.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments, such as procurement, equipment etc. to facilitate smooth operations, resolve issues.
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operations.

Position: Deputy Manager – Warehouse

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in supervising and directing the warehouse team, including warehouse associates, supervisors, and other staff.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to staff to ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and periodic audits.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency enhancement.
- Propose and implement solutions to streamline warehouse operations, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Participate in safety training and drills and encourage a culture of safety awareness among warehouse staff.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that warehouse equipment and facilities are well-maintained and in optimal working condition.
- Assist in generating reports related to inventory levels, order fulfillment, operational performance, and other relevant metrics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to warehouse activities.
- Address and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and customer concerns in a prompt and effective manner.
- Spearheading initiatives for digitization, leveraging SAP, and effectively coordinating budgetary aspects.
- Formulating and executing operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Apply
