- Analyze the need of necessary training and guidance to subordinate and get arrange the training from HR or from concern seniors. Record the effect of training on achieving KPJ/departmental objectives.
- Prepare asset acquisition, disposal and transfer forms.
- Prepare material code opening forms and ensure timely opening in SAP.
- Prepare CAPEX/Revex PR with proper justifications.
- Develop project schedules.
- Ensure preventive maintenance compliance with the help of reports.
- Responsible for fulfilling the ISO requirements and documentation.
- Ensure timely procurement of asset, material and service against projects.
- Provide complete list of asset, material and services against projects.
- Execute Utilities Electrical and AC maintenance tasks related to Facility management.
