Do you think you can take up the following Roles and Responsibilities?
- Validate the manufacturing process, review the raw material given for mixing and keep a check on the product recipe followed.
- Ensure weight standards in cutting and all other attributes are as per the cutting standards on all production lines running in a shift.
- Ensure the baking color of the product and all baking standards are executed.
- Monitor metal detector after every 2 hours to ensure its proper functioning.
- Ensure the taste and texture of the product at the oven and packing stage are as per the standard.
- Conduct sensory evaluation after every 30 minutes.
- Maintain the manufacturing and hygiene practices on all production lines.
- Validate legal compliances at packing and printing stage.
- Ensure recipe standards are maintained, identify if there are any verifications in the recipe i.e., cutting, weight verification, baking and that the process is carried out smoothly as per defined process standards.
- Prepare Food safety and quality control report on weekly basis as per the KPIs.
- Conduct inspection on all product lines and equipment used and ensure all the standards are fulfilled before the product is packed.
